Is collaboration with KS Verse compulsory? +
Yes. KS Verse must be added as a collaborator on every Reel or Post. Content without collaboration tagging will not be counted toward views or sales.
How do sales and views get tracked? +
Sales are tracked automatically through your unique creator code. Views are verified manually from your Instagram post or reel. You will also receive an email whenever a sale happens via your code.
What if I hit views but not sales (or vice versa)? +
You only need to hit one condition per tier — either the required views or the required sales.
How do I claim my refund? +
Once you hit Tier 1 or Tier 2, email us with your Instagram profile link and performance details. Refunds are processed weekly after verification.
Can I use ads or paid promotions? +
Paid promotions are allowed, but all collaboration and posting rules must still be followed. Any misuse may result in disqualification.
What happens if I don’t follow the rules? +
Failure to follow posting or collaboration rules may lead to disqualification or termination from the KS Verse Creator Program.
