• Net Banking: All major Indian banks (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, etc.).
• Mobile Wallets: Paytm, Freecharge, Ola Money, JioMoney, and more.
• Pay Later: LazyPay, Simpl (subject to eligibility).

2. Secure Transactions
Your security is our priority.

• SSL Encryption: Our website is secured with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
• PCI-DSS Compliant: Our payment partner, Razorpay, is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, meaning your card and banking details are processed under the strictest security standards.
• No Data Storage: KS Verse does not store your credit/debit card numbers or CVV details on our servers. All processing is handled directly by the bank’s secure gateway.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We understand the need for trust, which is why we offer Cash on Delivery.

• Partial Deposit: To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure serious buyers, we require a small Security Deposit of ₹149 at checkout.
• Balance Payment: The remaining order amount is to be paid in cash to the delivery agent upon arrival.
• Refusal Policy: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep, the ₹149 deposit is non-refundable to cover our two-way shipping and packaging costs.

4. Payment Failures
If your payment fails during checkout:

• Please check your internet connection and try again.
• Ensure your card has international/online transactions enabled (if applicable).
• If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the money is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.
