The hoodie quality is good and comfortable, but the delivery was later than the expected date. There was no clear update or communication regarding the delay. Timely delivery would greatly improve the overall experience.

Also, loved the gesture of sending a complementary keychain, shows you care about customers. Premium experience overall. Highly recommended if you want to stand out.
