Questions

Where is my cashback?

Cashback is added once your order is delivered, not when you place it. If your order was delivered and you still don’t see it after a day, message us on Instagram @ksverse.in.

Why didn’t an order earn cashback?

Cashback is only for orders placed while signed in to your account. Cancelled, returned or refunded orders don’t earn it.

Can I withdraw the credit as cash?

No. It’s store credit for ksverse.in. It can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.

When does my credit expire?

Each credit expires 30 days after it’s added. We email you before it does. Credits you got at different times expire on different dates.

How do I use it?

Add items to your bag and go to checkout. Verify your phone number, then switch on “Use store credit”. The amount comes off your total.

What do Fresher, Senior and Legend mean?

They’re badges for how much you’ve earned in total: Senior at ₹500, Legend at ₹2,000. They don’t change how much you earn.
